AZET LLC(이하 "회사")는 Android 앱 "포켓 게임 모음"(패키지 이름 com.neulketing.pocketgames, 이하 "앱")을 제공합니다. 이 방침은 앱에서 이용자의 정보가 어떻게 수집되고 쓰이고 공유되는지 설명하며, 앱에만 적용됩니다.

1. 회사가 직접 수집하는 정보

앱에는 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 회사는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 정확한 위치 같은 개인정보를 앱을 통해 직접 수집하지 않으며, 앱의 데이터를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

이용자가 문의 메일(hello@azet.io)을 보내는 경우에만, 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받습니다. 이 정보는 문의에 답하는 목적으로만 쓰고, 처리가 끝난 날부터 1년이 지나면 삭제합니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

게임별 최고 점수, 진행 레벨, 소리 켜기와 끄기 설정은 이용자 기기의 앱 전용 저장공간에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 회사나 다른 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 바로 지워집니다.

3. 광고와 Google이 자동으로 수집하는 정보

앱은 무료로 제공되며 광고로 운영됩니다. 앱에는 Google의 광고 도구인 Google 모바일 광고 SDK(Google AdMob)와 광고 동의 관리 도구인 Google User Messaging Platform SDK가 들어 있습니다. 이 도구들은 광고를 보여 주고, 광고 성과를 측정하고 분석하며, 부정 클릭 같은 사기를 막고, 지역별로 필요한 동의 절차를 관리하기 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집해 Google에 보냅니다.

광고 제공 과정에서 Google과 광고 파트너가 쿠키와 비슷한 기술, 기기 식별자, IP 주소를 이용해 정보를 읽거나 기록할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 전송 중에 TLS 방식으로 암호화됩니다.

회사는 이 정보를 직접 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 회사가 AdMob에서 보는 것은 노출 수, 클릭 수, 수익 같은 집계 수치입니다. Google이 이 정보를 어떻게 쓰는지는 아래 두 문서에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

위 3의 정보는 앱에 들어 있는 Google SDK가 앱 사용 중에 인터넷을 통해 Google LLC(미국)에 직접 보냅니다.

앱은 아동을 대상으로 만들지 않았습니다. 여기서 아동은 대한민국에서는 만 14세 미만, 미국 등에서는 만 13세 미만처럼 각 나라의 법이 정한 나이보다 어린 사람을 말합니다. 회사는 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 문의 메일로 회사에 전달된 것을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다. 법정대리인은 hello@azet.io 로 아동 정보의 확인과 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

이용자와 법정대리인은 회사가 가진 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사가 가진 정보는 문의 메일 관련 정보뿐이므로, hello@azet.io 로 요청하면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다. Google이 처리하는 정보는 위 5의 방법이나 Google이 제공하는 도구로 관리할 수 있습니다.

회사는 앱 데이터를 받는 서버를 두지 않아 회사 쪽에 쌓이는 이용자 데이터가 없습니다. 게임 기록은 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없는 앱 전용 저장공간에 저장됩니다. Google SDK가 보내는 정보는 전송 중에 TLS로 암호화됩니다. 문의 메일은 접근 권한을 필요한 담당자로 제한해 관리합니다.

Pocket Games Privacy Policy

AZET LLC ("we") provides the Android app "Pocket Games" (Korean title "포켓 게임 모음", package name com.neulketing.pocketgames, the "app"). This policy explains how information is collected, used and shared when you use the app. It applies only to the app.

1. Information we collect directly

The app has no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location or other personal information through the app, and we do not run any server that receives data from the app.

If you email us (hello@azet.io), we receive your email address and the content of your message only to answer you. We delete it one year after the inquiry is closed.

2. Information stored only on your device

High scores, level progress and the sound on/off setting are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and they are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

3. Advertising and information Google collects automatically

The app is free and supported by ads. It includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) and the Google User Messaging Platform SDK, which manages privacy consent. To show ads, measure and analyze ad performance, prevent fraud such as invalid clicks, and manage consent where required, these SDKs automatically collect the following and send it to Google:

As part of ad serving, Google and its advertising partners may use cookie-like technologies, device identifiers and IP addresses to read or record information. This data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

We do not receive or store this information ourselves. In AdMob we see only aggregate numbers such as impressions, clicks and revenue. Google's use of this information is described in:

The information in section 3 is sent directly by the Google SDKs in the app to Google LLC (United States) while you use the app.

The app is not directed to children. "Children" means people under the age set by local law, for example under 14 in the Republic of Korea and under 13 in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child's information reached us by email, we delete it promptly. A parent or guardian can contact hello@azet.io to check or delete a child's information.

You, or your parent or guardian, can ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of personal information we hold about you. The only information we may hold is from inquiry emails; send your request to hello@azet.io and we will act on it promptly after confirming your identity. Information processed by Google can be managed with the choices in section 5 or with Google's own tools.

We do not run a server that collects app data, so no user data accumulates on our side. Game records are kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read. Data sent by the Google SDKs is encrypted in transit with TLS. Inquiry emails are accessible only to the staff who need them.
